The Opportunity
We are seeking a collaborative and commercially minded Product Principal to join our Strategy, Product and Marketing team within Active Fixed Income Product.
This role involves shaping and delivering a client-focused product offering across a global platform, focusing on product strategy, lifecycle management, and business growth while ensuring strong governance and positive client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of active fixed income and liquidity product initiatives across diverse fund structures
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, including launches, enhancements, mergers, and closures
- Drive product development projects, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery against milestones
- Align products with governance, regulatory frameworks, and internal policies
- Review the product portfolio for commercial viability, identifying opportunities for innovation
- Provide technical expertise in areas such as regulation, product structuring, positioning, and distribution
- Strengthen relationships with internal teams, service providers, and external partners
- Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to inform strategy and innovation

Who We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong background in asset management product strategy, development, and lifecycle management
- Expertise in active fixed income strategies and liquidity products
- Knowledge of fund structures (UCITS, non-UCITS, ETFs, separately managed accounts)
- Experience managing product launches and funds across multiple jurisdictions
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including influencing at senior levels
- Deep understanding of product governance, regulation, and risk frameworks
- Proven project management experience for complex, high-stakes initiatives

Preferred Qualifications
- Degree qualified (or equivalent)
- Professional certifications (e.g., IMC, CFA, or CAIA) advantageous
