About the Role
We’re seeking a collaborative and commercially minded Product Principal to join our Strategy, Product & Marketing team within Active Fixed Income Product. This high-impact role shapes a client-focused product offering globally, ensuring growth, governance and superior client outcomes.

- Leading the design and delivery of active fixed income and liquidity products across fund structures
- Managing the entire product lifecycle (launches, enhancements, mergers, closures)
- Driving product development projects, aligning stakeholders and hitting key milestones
- Ensuring compliance with governance, regulatory frameworks and internal policies
- Reviewing the product portfolio to assess commercial viability and innovation opportunities
- Providing technical expertise in regulation, structure, distribution and market positioning
- Building relationships with internal teams, service providers and external partners
- Monitoring market/competitor/regulatory trends to inform strategic direction
Key Requirements
Successful candidates will have:
- Strong experience in asset management product strategy and lifecycle management
- Expertise in active fixed income strategies and knowledge of liquidity products
- Familiarity with fund structures (UCITS, non-UCITS, ETFs, SMAs) and cross-jurisdictional funds
- Proven experience in product launches, stakeholder management and high-level influencing
- Solid understanding of product governance, regulation and risk frameworks
- Project management capability for complex initiatives
- Degree-qualified, with professional qualifications (e.g. IMC, CFA, CAIA) advantageous
