About The Position
Your primary responsibilities will be the projects enabling improved product delivery for customers and consumer through Process Efficiency, VE (Value Engineering) and SC (Supply Chain projects) in our Kitt Green Factory.
You’re constantly looking for process improvement activities within the International/Global Business, with the goal of increasing line efficiency, generating value and improving lines’ yield.
Responsibilities
- Identify, Support and Lead product and process development and production scale-up activities to improve line AFH product portfolio; efficiency, yield, throughput and product stability.
- Translate R&D recipes and lab/process changes into robust, food-safe manufacturing procedures while partnering with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to deliver measurable value (OEE, scrap reduction, throughput, cost savings).
- Build and maintain network to drive collaboration with local R&D and SC team to generate Process efficiency, Value Initiatives and Sustainability in Kitt Green
- Test and learn technologies and new processes in Kitt Green Factory.
- Scale the right technologies and equipment for implementation in Kitt Green factory, looking for Improved products, process sustainability and digitalization:
- Energy, GHG & Water Reduction
- Yield Improvement

Hard Skills
Education
- Master Degree in Chemical/Process Engineering, or Process Food Technology
Work Experience
- at least 2 years as process Engineer/Technologist in a food company
Knowledge
- Functional understanding of food processing, including foundational science, ingredient functionality, formulation, product/process interaction, nutrition/regulatory considerations, food safety/microbiology requirements, analytical testing methods.
- Technical Skills on DOE, process capability, FMEA, root cause analysis, OEE analysis, PID/process control fundamentals, P&ID and Flow Diagrams.
- Hygienic Design, Thermal validation, cleaning validation, CIP optimization, HACCP.
- Retorting, Mixing & Dosing, Cooking, Filling Technology, Homogenization, New preservation Techniques, Emulsification, Pump and Fluid Transport, Heat transfer calculations.
