Product Sales Administrator (JOB6423)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Product Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute significantly to:
- Ensuring smooth processing of sales orders
- Managing customer accounts
- Supporting distribution and invoicing of products
- Maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with internal teams and addressing customer needs
As a key member of our sales administration team, you will help maintain efficient processes, uphold high standards of quality and compliance, and support the business with:
- Finance functions
- Document management
- Adherence to regulatory and quality frameworks

Responsibilities
- Raising sales invoices and managing customer accounts
- Liaising with the sales team and other departments to ensure excellent customer service
- Supporting the finance function with purchase ledger maintenance
- Scanning, filing, and managing confidential documentation
- Reviewing and maintaining document procedures in line with the Quality Management System
- Ensuring compliance with:
- Company policies
- Health & Safety requirements
- Business systems manuals
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Outlook
- Exemplary communication skills

Location & Hours
- Matrix Diagnostics, Waltham Abbey, EN9 3BZ
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary
£25,000 per annum
