Product Sales Administrator

Product Sales Administrator (JOB6423)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Product Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute significantly to:

  • Ensuring smooth processing of sales orders
  • Managing customer accounts
  • Supporting distribution and invoicing of products
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Liaising with internal teams and addressing customer needs

As a key member of our sales administration team, you will help maintain efficient processes, uphold high standards of quality and compliance, and support the business with:

  • Finance functions
  • Document management
  • Adherence to regulatory and quality frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Raising sales invoices and managing customer accounts
  • Liaising with the sales team and other departments to ensure excellent customer service
  • Supporting the finance function with purchase ledger maintenance
  • Scanning, filing, and managing confidential documentation
  • Reviewing and maintaining document procedures in line with the Quality Management System
  • Ensuring compliance with:
    • Company policies
    • Health & Safety requirements
    • Business systems manuals

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Word
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Microsoft PowerPoint
    • Microsoft Outlook
  • Exemplary communication skills

Location & Hours

  • Matrix Diagnostics, Waltham Abbey, EN9 3BZ
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary

£25,000 per annum
