Product Sales Advisor – Revolutionary Heated Tobacco Products
Ted Experience has an exciting and incredibly lucrative opportunity for a Product Sales Advisor to join their innovative, high-performing, and fast-paced in-store field sales team.
Working with the world’s leading tobacco organisation, you’ll promote a revolutionary heated tobacco product that is scientifically proven to be 95% less harmful than traditional cigarettes. This role is about more than just sales—it’s about genuinely changing lives by offering adult cigarette smokers a more affordable, 95% less harmful alternative.
What You Can Expect
- Base Pay: £15.33 per hour
- Commission: Consistently paid out at £3,500+ per month for top performers
- Paid Travel Expenses: Full coverage for public transport, 55p per mile, and all parking costs
- Training & Onboarding: 5 days of paid training, covering products, systems, and everything to succeed
- Flexible Scheduling: Choose your workdays (Mon–Sun), with 6-hour shifts. Minimum commitment of 5 days per week, typically Tuesday–Saturday

Key Responsibilities
As a Product Sales Advisor, you will be the brand face across key retail partners, responsible for:
- Engaging customers to introduce, educate, and sell heated tobacco products alongside nicotine alternative offerings
- Meeting and exceeding daily sales targets through proactive account ownership
- Building strong relationships with retail staff to create a welcoming, informed store environment
- Accurate reporting—submit timely and precise sales data, customer interaction insights, and performance metrics
- Transporting equipment: Moving promotional stands/podiums and stock to designated stores daily
Note: This role involves regular lifting, carrying, and transporting promotional stands. If unable to meet this requirement (with or without adjustments), this role may not be suited to you.

Requirements & Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will:
- Be over 21 years old
- Own and have access to a car with a valid UK driving licence and insurance (excluding London)
- Have 1–2+ years of outbound sales experience (proactive sales backgrounds preferred)
- Be confident and comfortable in customer-facing roles
- Be willing to travel within a 1-hour radius of the designated location
- Be self-motivated, target-driven, and hungry for success
- Hold a valid right to work in the UK
