Product Sales Advisor – Field Sales Team
Ted Experience, McCann Worldgroup, have an exciting opportunity for a Product Sales Advisor to join their innovative, high-performance in-store field sales team. Collaborating with Philip Morris International (PMI), you’ll promote IQOS, a 95% less harmful alternative to traditional cigarettes, and drive a global shift toward smoke-free lifestyles.
About the Role
This is more than just a sales position—it’s about genuinely changing lives by helping adult cigarette smokers adopt a safer, more affordable alternative. Your efforts will contribute to making smoking history!
What You’ll Earn & Benefit From
- £15.33 per hour base pay
- Tiered commissions regularly exceeding £3,500/month for top performers
- Competitive travel expenses: Public transport fully covered, £0.55 per mile (car) plus all parking costs reimbursed
- 5 days of paid training covering PMI’s mission, product range, systems, and sales strategies
- Flexible scheduling:
- Choose shifts from Monday to Sunday (typically 6-hour shifts)
- Target: 5 days per week (Tuesdays–Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers to educate, introduce, and sell IQOS alongside other nicotine-smoke free alternatives
- Achieve daily sales targets and take full ownership of performance
- Build strong retailer partnerships to foster an informed, supportive store environment
- Submit accurate reports on sales, customer interactions, and daily data capture
- Transport equipment (stand, stock, promotional materials) to all store visits
- Note: Lifting/carrying requirements apply—reasonable adjustments considered where possible
Requirements & Qualities
The ideal candidate will:
- Be over 21 years old
- Own a car with a full UK driver’s licence and valid insurance (London-based candidates exclude car requirement)
- Have 1-2+ years of proactive outbound sales experience
- Be confident, engaging, and customer-focused
- Be travel-willing (up to a 1-hour radius from home)
- Be self-motivated, hungry for success, and target-driven
- Hold a valid UK Right to Work status
