About the role
Our Sales team powers customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments, solve complex problems, and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution-oriented approach.
We’re looking for a commercially driven Product Sales Executive to champion the adoption of global employment, cross-border compliance, and payroll solutions for small and mid-sized businesses scaling internationally.
You'll bring HR and global talent management solutions to market, guiding customers through the full sales journey. From initial outreach to closing, you’ll use a mix of consultative selling and commercial instincts to drive growth and deepen customer relationships.

What you'll be doing
- Taking full ownership of the sales cycle to independently prospect, build, and close a high-volume pipeline, leveraging our existing Revolut Business customer base
- Targeting and acquiring potential customers proactively within defined verticals or territories, driving adoption of B2B SaaS solutions
- Communicating our value proposition using a consultative, solution-based approach
- Solving complex customer challenges related to international employment compliance, statutory risk management, and global HR operations
- Developing a deep understanding of customer pain points, and sharing insights across the team to maximise pipeline conversion and fuel product development
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a high-growth, fast-paced environment

What you'll need
- Fluency in English
- 1+ years of experience managing the full sales cycle (from prospecting to closing) in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially over the phone and video
- Great commercial instincts and a customer-first mindset
- A passion for sales and a desire to grow within a high-performance team
Nice to have
- Experience working on HR tech or B2B SaaS products
- Experience selling or working with solutions focused on cross-border HR compliance and global payroll management
- Familiarity with the concepts and operational challenges of global hiring models, as well as managing and paying remote international teams
