We’re reinventing payments.

In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing.

Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year.

But we’re just getting started.

Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.

The Role

In this 12-month fixed-term contract, you'll be the essential bridge between our sales and product teams. You will balance immediate, hands-on support to get deals over the line with the long-term goal of building a resilient, scalable infrastructure. This isn't just about troubleshooting; it’s about architecting the future of our sales operations. You'll identify bottlenecks and outdated processes, and in their place, design automated, future-proofed solutions that evolve with the business. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Product Sales, with a dotted line to the Head of Revenue Operations and Enablement.

What You Will Do...

  • Oversee and refine HubSpot processes for seamless workflows and accurate reporting, while simultaneously supporting the build and transition to Salesforce, ensuring data integrity across both systems.
  • Audit current lead assignment processes and then design and implement automated HubSpot workflows to replace manual intervention.
  • Act as the decisive mediator in deal ownership disputes, ensuring fair territory and commission allocation while formal rules of engagement are established.
  • Partner with Revenue Enablement and Product Marketing to maintain and update all sales collateral for our Value-Added Products, identifying and filling content gaps.
  • Act as the first point of contact for frontline technical queries, while strategically transferring these responsibilities to the Sales Support team for long-term efficiency.
  • Investigate and diagnose broken technical workflows, such as contract trigger failures or payment errors, collaborating with the Tech team to implement permanent, automated fixes.
  • Serve as the key link between third-party lending partners and our internal sales teams, introducing structured processes to foster regular and effective communication.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
