Correla are looking for a Product Service Operations Lead to join the SaaS Team.
Salary: circa £55,000 (advertised salary achievable for a candidate fulfilling all role criteria)

About The Role
- Own the operational health and service management of allocated product(s), ensuring ITIL principles, SaaS best practices, service resilience and risk management are embedded throughout the product lifecycle and aligned to product maturity.
- Own operational governance for allocated product(s) through KPIs, SLAs, service metrics and operational reporting, ensuring performance is reviewed, risks are identified, and data-driven decisions support continual service improvement.
- Lead operational service reviews alongside Customer Success, providing service performance, operational insights, product usage trends and improvement recommendations whilst acting as the operational subject matter expert for allocated product(s).
- Partner with Product and Engineering Teams to ensure new product capabilities meet agreed operational standards before transitioning into live service, providing operational guidance, governance and readiness oversight.
- Own the continual improvement roadmap for allocated product(s), driving operational maturity, service automation, process optimisation and improved customer outcomes through measurable service improvements.
- Develop and embed Product Operations standards, governance and best practices across allocated product(s), ensuring operational processes are scalable, consistent and aligned with the wider Product Operations strategy.
- Drive operational maturity across allocated products by embedding consistent service management practices, governance and operational standards that support reliable, scalable SaaS services.

About You:
- Extensive experience working within an ITIL or recognised service management framework.
- Experience applying service management practices within dynamic environments such as SaaS start-ups or scale-ups.
- A strong understanding of product lifecycles and aligning service operations with product maturity.
- Detailed knowledge in developing, analysing, and reporting on service dashboards, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Customer-facing experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A collaborative approach, working effectively across Product, Engineering, and Customer success teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on service stability and improvement.
- Experience developing and embedding service management governance, operational processes and service reporting to drive continual improvement in a complex IT environment.
