Senior Product Solutions Architect – Digital Experience Assurance

The Opportunity
ThousandEyes is seeking a Product Solutions Architect to develop and communicate best-practice technical solutions addressing diverse customer challenges. The ideal candidate will:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on ThousandEyes use cases and solutions.
- Create technical solutions materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support go-to-market adoption by demonstrating how ThousandEyes products deliver maximum value.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical ownership for a product or solution area.
- Influence product improvement plans, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
- Translate business challenges and opportunities into technical recommendations.
- Stay current with industry changes, challenges, and trends, incorporating findings to enhance customer solutions.
- Contribute to product architectural documentation in collaboration with internal product teams.
- Engage in complex technical discussions with customers and partners to showcase product capabilities.
- Present value propositions to customers, partners, sales teams, engineering, and field teams.
- Research and analyze multi-technology platforms to articulate competitive advantages.
- Generate findings and reports (e.g., hardware product breakdowns) for internal stakeholders.
- Lead creation of field/customer-facing technical collateral, including:
- Technical white papers
- Deployment guides
- Methodology documents
- References for new product releases

Required Qualifications
- Proven networking domain expertise.
- 10+ years experience in TME (Technical Marketing Engineer), SE (Solution Engineer), or equivalent customer-facing roles.
- Extensive experience working with enterprise and service provider customers.
- Ability to build demos and produce technical content, including:
- Best-practice guides
- Reference architectures
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or engineering.
- Technical certifications such as:
- CCNA
- CCNP
- CCIE
- (or comparable credentials in networking, CloudOps, DevOps, and automation).

Preferred Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and defend technical ideas.
- Customer-focused mindset, driven by initiative, commitment, and a passion for collaboration in dynamic environments.
- Knowledge of programming (e.g., Python) is a plus.
