Who We Are
We’re IAG Loyalty, a unified organisation operating across two ambitious divisions: Loyalty and Holidays.
Our Holidays division, including British Airways Holidays, offers customers seamless, end-to-end travel experiences to destinations worldwide.
Our Loyalty division powers Avios, the global loyalty currency that enables millions of members to collect and spend rewards across travel, retail and financial services.
Driven by a shared vision, we’re on an exciting trajectory of growth and transformation—going places.
The Opportunity ✨
Lead the transformation that propels our Product & Sourcing function toward smarter work, faster delivery, and future-readiness.
responsible for creating the holidays customers love—selecting destinations/products and fostering key partnerships.
Reporting to the Head of Product & Sourcing, you’ll collaborate with Product Development and Destinations Leads to shape the function’s future. While those teams focus on destination portfolio management, your Enablement team will address higher-level foundational needs: governance, tools, processes to forge a more agile, technology-driven and efficiently scaling function.
Your vision will redefine how holiday products, tech, and operational flows integrate—making things simpler, data-driven, and scalable. You’ll establish long-term efficiency through strategic objectives, team capability building, and day-to-day execution support.
AI, automation, and emerging technologies will be your compass—not just as tools, but to reimagine how work itself is structured. You’ll remove friction, leverage smarter decision-making, and prepare for rising challenges.
Building a high-impact team is central to this role: establishing systems of enablement that accelerate decision-making, improve team alignment, boost product confidence, and scale with our growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
