The Opportunity: Senior Enablement Manager – Holidays Product & Sourcing

Lead the transformation that enables the Holidays Product & Sourcing function to work smarter, move faster, and scale for the future.

Who You'll Work With

Our Product & Sourcing team crafts the holidays customers love, deciding destinations, product offerings, and partnerships that bring them to life. Reporting to the Head of Product & Sourcing, you’ll collaborate with:

  • Product Development and Destinations Leads, shaping the function’s future.
  • Your own Enablement team, which you’ll lead, ensuring processes, systems, governance, and ways of working align to build a more agile, efficient, and high-performing function.

What You'll Do

  • Redefine operating models: Move beyond technology add-ons—view AI, automation, and smarter systems as opportunities to fundamentally rethink work.
  • Scope innovation: Identify how automation, better data, and emerging tech can:
    • Remove manual effort.
    • Improve decision-making.
    • Create new ways of working.
  • Build a capability-first team: Shape how enablement works across Product & Sourcing, ensuring:
    • Buying teams innovate faster and onboard suppliers effectively.
    • Products launch with confidence and scale as our ambitions grow.
  • Drive scalable, simplistic solutions: Design workflows and join-up operational activity for holistic holiday product delivery.
  • Shine the light on cross-functional alignment: Inspire clear ownership of processes that:
    • Accelerate product readiness.
    • Enhance supplier onboarding.
    • Ensure operational delivery happens seamlessly.

Your Impact

You’ll join a newly forming leadership team where you’ll:

  • Influence strategy.
  • Shape investment decisions.
  • Help define how Holidays Product & Sourcing evolves over the next years.

Office Location: Crawley (minimum two days/week in-office).

    • Simplified workflows and data-driven decision tools.
  • Bridge teams for unified approaches to launching products and scaling operations.

Lead, Influence, and Inspire

  • Build, coach, and develop a top-performing Enablement team, fostering:
    • Ownership of transformation through innovation.
    • Continuous improvement as a company-committed ethos.
  • Work alongside Holidays, Loyalty, and Technology leadership to shape priorities and align directions.

What We Need From You

1. Leadership & Transformation Drive

  • Experience leading operational or process transformations in a dynamic, complex environment.
  • A history of developing teams and embedding lasting change.
  • Comfort operating as part of c-level teams, steering strategic priorities.

2. Digital-BCP Experience & Forward Thinking

  • Experience in complex, digital ecommerce/travel/B2C environments (applications from similar customer-centric industries are welcome).
  • Demonstrated success leveraging AI & automation to drive quantifiable impact.
  • Appetite to build foundational capabilities that shape the function’s legacy.

3. Operational Mastery

  • Think systemically—spot workflow gaps, eliminate manual load, and champion scannable, scalable.
  • Prove you’ve:
    • Delivered value through process simplification.
    • Applied technology, automation, or data to solve challenges.
    • Hidden the difference between theory and execution.

4. Clarity, Affinity & Conflict

  • Champion ** clarity** in ambiguity, bringing different stakeholders to alignment.
  • Communicate complexity into actionable steps.
  • Bring critical dashboards, curiosity, and commercial acuity; challenge constructively with confidence.
