Who we are 🩵

We’re IAG Loyalty, one organisation with two ambitious, growing divisions across Loyalty and Holidays. Each has its own goals, strategy and team, but together we’re united by a shared vision: to create a more rewarding world of travel and experiences.

Our Holidays division, including British Airways Holidays, connects customers to thousands of destinations worldwide through seamless, end to end travel experiences.

Our Loyalty division is home to Avios, the global loyalty currency, enabling millions of members to collect and spend rewards across travel, retail and financial services.

We’re on an exciting journey of growth and transformation. We’re going places.

The opportunity ✨

Lead the transformation that enables our Holidays Product & Sourcing function to work smarter, move faster and scale for the future.

Our Product & Sourcing team is responsible for creating the holidays our customers love – deciding which destinations and products we offer, and building the partnerships that bring them to life.

Reporting to the Head of Product & Sourcing, you'll work alongside the Product Development and Destinations Leads to shape the future of the function. While those teams focus on building and managing our destination portfolio, you'll lead the Enablement team, creating the conditions that help the entire function succeed. Ensuring processes, systems, governance and ways of working are effectively used to build a more agile, efficient and high-performing Product & Sourcing function. Together, you'll provide strategic leadership for the function, each bringing a different but equally important perspective to drive performance, innovation and growth.

You'll redesign how holiday products, connectivity, technology and operational activity come together, creating a function that's simpler, smarter and built for scale. You'll set the vision for your team, build its capability and ensure day-to-day delivery supports the longer-term transformation agenda.

Technology, automation and AI will be central to your thinking. We don't see AI as another tool to bolt onto existing processes. We see it as an opportunity to fundamentally rethink how work gets done. You'll identify where intelligent automation, better data and emerging technologies can remove manual effort, improve decision making and create entirely new ways of working, ensuring the function is ready not just for today's challenges but for tomorrow's opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This isn't just a programme you'll deliver. It's a capability and team you'll build and develop. You'll shape how enablement works across the Product & Sourcing function, creating the foundations that allow our buying teams to innovate faster, onboard suppliers more effectively, launch products with confidence and continue scaling as our ambitions grow.

This role is based out of our Crawley office. You will be required to spend at least two days per week in the office, with the rest of the time working from home.

What you'll get up to 🌠

  • You'll lead the redesign of the operating model, from product set-up and partner onboarding to connectivity, ongoing updates and the coordination needed to bring products to market accurately, efficiently and at pace.
  • You'll define future operating models, workflows and ownership, ensuring the right work sits in the right place and teams can focus on the activities that create the greatest value.
  • You'll build scalable approaches that support future growth, new product categories and increasing operational complexity without simply adding more manual effort.

Transform the way we work

  • You'll map current ways of working, identifying opportunities to simplify processes, remove duplication and reduce operational risk.
  • You'll leverage AI, automation and smarter technology to improve productivity, decision making and the overall effectiveness of the function.

  • You'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring new ways of working are embedded successfully and deliver lasting business value.

Lead people and influence change

  • You'll lead, coach and develop a high-performing Enablement team, building capability and creating a culture of ownership, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • You'll partner with senior leaders across Holidays, Loyalty and Technology to influence change, align priorities and embed new ways of working.
