Responsibilities
Market Communication
- Facilitate marketing programs that articulate the values of Varian DO&AOS products, e.g., co-branding, events, product videos, website copy, blog posts, KOLs management, show site building etc.
- Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of DO&AOS
- Create sales collateral and tools that align with the buying process and help to move prospects and customers through the sales cycle
- Educate both internal and external stakeholders on Varian DO&AOS portfolio
Product Marketing
- Facilitate defining customer segmentation and value proposition
- Collect needs and propose product optimization plan
- Assist Sales and Pre-Sales to provide deeper dives into the Varian DO&AOS portfolio
- Facilitate conducting in-depth market and financial analysis for new product introductions, major enhancements, or new market opportunities. Write and submit compelling business cases to provide key rationale for management investment decisions
- Facilitate analyzing market feedback and competitive landscape for standalone products, proposing and driving feature enhancements and improvements

Operational Administration
- Facilitate business action recording and tracking
- Facilitate team T&E management and meeting set up
- Any other tasks assigned by Business Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or strategic marketing within the high-tech medical industry (Healthcare IT, Medical Devices, Digital Health Solutions, Radiation therapy).
- Collaborative mindset to work with cross-section contact parts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal skills and capability to sell ideas well through presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
