THE ROLE:
As Product Specialist, you'll manage a mix of existing and new business across Kent, Surrey & Sussex, selling seating, postural care, sleeping and mobility solutions to Occupational Therapists, Physios, hospitals, community equipment stores, care homes and specialist schools. This is a highly autonomous role with strong lead generation, full product training and genuine career progression.

THE COMPANY:
A leading UK manufacturer of mobility and postural care solutions with over 50 years' experience and a market-leading reputation for quality products and customer support.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Sales experience within mobility, postural care or a related healthcare sector
- OR an Occupational Therapist or Physio looking to move into sales
- Strong relationship-building skills and empathy
- Full UK driving licence (max. 6 points)

THE PACKAGE:
- £35,000-£40,000 basic
- £15,000+ uncapped OTE
- Ford Transit Custom
- Healthcare, pension, 23 days' holiday + bank holidays
Desired Skills and Experience
- Either sales within postural care/mobility or related products
- OR an Occupational Therapist or Physio with a desire to move into a sales role
- Empathetic and ability to build relationships
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
