Product Specialist Associate - Diagnostic Imaging Technology
Outline:
This is a great opportunity for someone with some commercial medical experience to take a step forward with their career, and into a fantastic new role as a Product Specialist with a global medical device manufacturer.
Ideal for someone wanting that next step in medical sales and to become a Product Specialist within Diagnostic Imaging equipment.

The Role:
This is a great opportunity for someone with a minimum of 1 year of Medical Device sales experience to become a Product Specialist in Diagnostic Imaging.
- Covering Surrey, Sussex, and Kent - working alongside your colleagues across the region to maximize sales and achieve company targets.
- Following your fantastic initial onboarding and training, you will become a subject matter expert with these great products, a trusted advisor to your colleagues and the clinical staff across the region.
- Working across a range of private and NHS hospital settings, you will be involved in a range of customer interactions, from initial meetings through to final product delivery and commissioning, along with follow-ups to clients across your region.
- Representing the company range of award-winning products, you will work in clinical areas such as ENT, Maxillofacial (MAX fax), Thoracic, and Neuro, etc.
- Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager to develop yourself in the medical device sales industry!
- As part of the role and training, you will complete training modules, attending various training and CPD events, all working towards becoming a trust product and subject matter expert.
- You will be contributing to the regional sales targets by supporting other members of the sales team across Surrey, Sussex, and Hampshire.
- Attending Regional and National Sales Meetings, along with exhibitions around the UK or internationally.

Package:
- Basic salary: Up to £35k basic*
- Year 1 bonus scheme (£15k but you can overachieve on this)

The Ideal Person:
- You'll need a BSc or equivalent in a Human Sciences-based degree with a 2:1 or above, and you will need at least 1 year of medical device sales experience of a surgical, imaging, or specialist care product.
- Any clinical experience would also be an advantage, such as a Physician Associate, Operation Department Practitioner, Scrub Nurse, etc., but this is not essential.
- You must have experience of selling to the NHS and/or Private Healthcare sector in the UK.
- Clinical staff without a degree, who have a very good understanding of human anatomy and physiology, and have got the 1+ year of medical sales experience would also be strongly considered for this role!
- It's essential that you have an outgoing personality and excellent people skills, they’re vital for this career path.
- You must be living in Surrey, Sussex, or Hampshire (they're not keen on people relocating either, sorry).
- You will need a full UK driving license.
- Right to work in the UK essential – no sponsorship available (sorry).
