Product Specialist – Construction
Are you an expert in serviceable parts for small earth-moving and compact construction equipment?
Do you have strong knowledge of undercarriage systems, linkages, engine components, tracks, and consumables such as hydraulics, filtration, LED lighting, anti-vibration components, cab parts, and wear parts?

Do you have experience working in or knowledge of the agricultural or construction industry?

About the Role
Position: Product Specialist – Construction Location: Biggleswade, UK
We are looking for a Product Specialist – Construction to join our team in Biggleswade. In this role, you will use your technical expertise to advise customers, support sales, and contribute to the development of our product range within the construction sector.
A solid understanding of workshop requirements for servicing, maintaining, and repairing construction equipment is essential, along with familiarity with major industry brands and commonly used machines within the UK market. Knowledge of pricing, market trends, and product data management is highly desirable.

- Responding to incoming technical enquiries from customers
- Preparing quotations and providing product recommendations
- Supporting customers in optimising their use of our webshop
- Monitoring market trends and developments related to product range and pricing
- Producing sales analyses for construction product categories
- Collaborating with internal teams to align product offerings with customer needs
Who Are You?
You thrive in a dynamic and innovative environment where initiative, entrepreneurship, and personal development are encouraged. You bring:
- A background in technical, commercial, agricultural, or construction engineering
- Strong advisory and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach
- A good understanding of parts required for maintenance and repair of compact construction equipment
- Familiarity with key industry brands and machinery in the UK market
- Competence in using software tools and systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A good command of English for internal and external communication
