Product Specialist, Media & Production - German Speaking
As a Product Specialist at Getty Images, you will act as the bridge between our prestigious archive footage content partners, customers, and sales representatives. You will join an experienced team of archive footage experts, supporting customers with clearances, delivery, and licensing, while maintaining a strong customer service mindset to drive revenue and grow the business. You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple customer enquiries and both short and long-term projects simultaneously.
Your Next Challenge:
Managing an assigned account base focused on the German broadcast and production market, while also supporting new business enquiries from German-speaking customers.
Developing expertise in clearance and delivery processes across our content partners, enabling you to guide customers and internal sales teams on archive footage licensing.
Conducting sales discovery, identifying opportunities and collaborating with sales representatives to support revenue growth and achieve team targets.
Liaising with content partner teams to submit research, preview, and master requests, ensuring timely delivery across projects with competing deadlines.
You will provide outstanding customer service, build strong relationships and positioning the team as a trusted partner in the market.
Support invoicing and administrative processes tailored to the broadcast and production industry segment.
What You'll Need:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales support, archive footage, or a related field.
Preferred background in broadcast and production sales, archive research, or archive licensing.
Fluent in German, with the ability to confidently communicate with German-speaking customers.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet customer deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
High level of accountability and attention to detail, with a consistent track record of delivering accurate results.
