About the Role
We’re seeking a Product Support Manager to join our Ipswich, Suffolk manufacturing facility. In this role, you will:
- Support our UK dealer and distributor network with technical expertise
- Deliver product training and ensure high aftersales standards
- Work alongside internal teams to resolve issues, drive continuous improvement and elevate overall customer experience across our product range (Ransomes, Jacobsen, EZGO & Cushman).
Responsibilities
Key tasks include (but are not limited to):
- Developing & maintaining technical mastery of our turf equipment range and EZGO/Cushman products supplied through our Ipswich facility.
- Managing dealer/distributor/customer queries and complaints, ensuring thorough investigations and resourceful resolutions.
- Providing structured feedback to Engineering, Manufacturing & Quality teams on product performance to foster continuous improvement.
- Partnering with dealers/distributors to uphold aftersales standards, support process compliance, and onboard new partners.
- Conducting regular dealer reviews and surveys to evaluate performance and pinpoint growth opportunities.
- Delivering technical training to dealers, distributors, and customers (in-person or via remote sessions).
- Serving as the primary regional point of contact for service-related enquiries, with awareness of parts, training and warranty considerations.
- Collaborating with Regional Sales Managers to align with business objectives.

About You
Successful applicants will bring a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving ability and customer focus. Experience and skills required:
- A degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in engineering/agriculture (or related fields), or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ specialist technical support experience, preferably within turf, agricultural, or construction equipment sectors.
- In-depth technical knowledge of mechanical/electrical/electronic systems and ability to:
- Troubleshoot complex issues and interpret technical documentation (schematics, parts diagrams).
- Proficient with business systems and digital tools.
- Strong communication skills (verbal/written), including delivering training and handling customerationships.
- Commercial awareness and analytical problem-solving as part of collaborative decision-making.
- Willingness to work independently while partnering effectively across diverse teams.
- Bonus: Additional European language skills would be advantageous (though not compulsory).
- Full UK driving licence (essential for UK/EU travel requirements).
