To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Product Systems IT Manager in the Group IT Department to join us in our Global Commercial site based in Coventry.
About The Role
Lotus is looking for a Product Systems IT Manager to take ownership of key business systems, with a particular focus on the Lotus CRM Management System (LCMS). This role will act as the primary point of contact for CRM support, user enablement, vendor management, and project delivery, while partnering closely with business stakeholders across the UK and Europe.
You will play a critical role in ensuring business systems are stable, effective, and aligned with organisational objectives, supporting both operational excellence and future growth.
What You'll Be Doing
CRM System Ownership & Support
- Act as the first point of contact for the Lotus CRM Management System (LCMS).
- Manage system performance, user support, issue resolution, and ongoing improvements.
- Ensure system stability and a positive user experience across the business.
User Training & Adoption
- Deliver training and guidance to internal users and dealer networks.
- Create and maintain training materials and support documentation.
- Drive user adoption and maximise system effectiveness.
Project Management
- Lead and coordinate international and cross-functional IT projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Track progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
IT Business Partnering
- Work closely with business teams across the UK and Europe to understand requirements and challenges.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and coordinate delivery with development teams.
- Build strong relationships and act as a trusted IT partner.

Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and service providers.
- Monitor performance against agreed service levels and contractual commitments.
- Support procurement and contract management activities where required.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and user experience.
- Support additional projects and initiatives as required by the Head of IT.
Essential
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience supporting and managing CRM platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Proven project management and delivery experience.
- Experience delivering user training and driving system adoption.
- Strong vendor and third-party supplier management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable
- Experience working within automotive, manufacturing, or retail environments.
- Exposure to international project delivery and multi-region stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of CRM integrations and supporting business systems.

- This role will be working from our Coventry office.
- This role will be working on-site, full time.
