We're working with a fast-growing technology business looking for an experienced Product Lead to help shape and deliver the next phase of its product journey.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on product leader who enjoys translating strategy into execution, coaching Product Managers, and delivering products that create genuine customer and commercial value.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Commercial and Operations to ensure product roadmaps are aligned, prioritised and delivered successfully.
What you'll be doing
- Leading and developing a high-performing Product team.
- Translating product strategy into clear, prioritised roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Driving product discovery, validation and evidence-based decision making.
- Working closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality digital products.
- Balancing customer needs, commercial priorities and technical delivery.
- Embedding best practice across product management, delivery and governance.
- Using customer insight, analytics and market trends to shape product decisions.

We're looking for someone with
- Proven experience leading Product Managers or Product Owners.
- A strong background in digital product management within a technology business.
- Experience delivering products using Agile methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset.
- A passion for building high-performing teams and developing product capability.
- Confidence using data and insight to drive product decisions.
