Product Team Leader
Department: Store Management Location: Leeds Trinity Compensation: £27,520 (Full Time)
Description
We're seeking an energetic and inspiring Product Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead, inspire, and empower your store team to deliver an inspirational customer journey and foster a positive work environment. With expertise in product handling, you'll continuously refine the customer experience through exceptional visual execution and outstanding service. Supporting the Product and Commercial Manager, you’ll develop the team, uphold operational standards, and drive outstanding sales, KPIs, and high-performing teams.

About the Role
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver impressive product placement and wearable outfit curation
- Maintain strong visual standards while prioritising the customer journey
- Duty-manage all aspects of store operations, covering service, people, and operations
- Collaborate with the Commercial/Product Manager to enhance the team’s performance by centring the customer experience
- Utilise commercial tools to drive operational effectiveness
- Take accountability for key store KPIs, including:
- Sales
- Stock loss
- Payroll
- Conversion rates
- Customer feedback (Voice of Customer)
- RFID compliance
- Ensure health & safety standards are met
- Foster store team growth, creating a high-performing, motivated, and engaged workforce
