Are you a composite materials expert who thrives at the intersection of chemistry, manufacturing, and innovation?

Do you want to be the ultimate technical authority for a cutting-edge prepreg portfolio?

We are looking for a Product Technical Manager to own, develop, and scale our prepreg systems. In this role, you won't just manage data—you will bridge the gap between R&D, Supply Chain, Production, and Quality to ensure our products are world-class, manufacturable, and commercially unbeatable.

What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)

  • Own the Portfolio: Serve as the ultimate custodian of prepreg baseline specifications, internal TRDS (Technical Raw Data Sheets), and customer-facing TDS extracts.
  • Drive R&D and Scale-Up: Design new formulations, manage the journey from lab-scale to full production, and keep our technical roadmap ahead of market trends.
  • Optimize Manufacturing: Oversee first-article batches, establish validated cure cycles, and troubleshoot production deviations to tighten process windows.
  • Govern Quality and Supply Chain: Define raw material criteria, lead alternative material qualifications for supply resilience, and act as the final authority on Non-Conformances (NC) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Be the Technical Face: Act as the strategic partner for Sales and Customers, advising on laminate quality (void reduction, tack, drape) and leading "Go/No-Go" assessments for new commercial requests.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
