Location: UK-based, with both working days office-based
Works With: Product Team, Product Marketing Manager, Development Team, Commercial and GTM stakeholders
Role Overview
We are looking for a UK-based Part-Time UI/UX Designer.
This role will support the design and improvement of our digital products across PropTech, SaaS, e-commerce and marketplace-led platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with product, development, product marketing and commercial teams to create clear, intuitive and commercially effective user experiences.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams and can translate product requirements, customer needs, commercial priorities and go-to-market plans into strong digital design outputs.
Ownership
- Design clear, intuitive and commercially effective digital experiences across web, platform and marketplace products.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Review and improve existing digital journeys, including enquiry flows, booking flows, onboarding, dashboards, landing pages and conversion journeys.
- Translate product requirements, customer feedback and stakeholder input into practical design solutions.
- Support the development of reusable UI components, design patterns and product design standards.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible and aligned with brand and product experience expectations.
Product & Platform Support
- Work closely with product managers, developers and internal stakeholders to support ongoing product development.
- Support both B2B and B2C product journeys, including customer, supplier, internal user and commercial stakeholder experiences.
- Help simplify complex workflows into user-friendly digital experiences.
- Provide design input during product discovery, sprint planning, design reviews and delivery discussions.
- Support the improvement of product usability, conversion, clarity and customer confidence.

PropTech, SaaS, E-commerce & Marketplace Design
- Support product design across PropTech, SaaS, e-commerce and marketplace-led environments.
- Design journeys that balance customer needs, operational efficiency and commercial goals.
- Support supplier, customer and internal user journeys across digital service platforms.
- Improve digital touchpoints that support marketplace performance, customer acquisition and product-led growth.
Product Marketing & GTM Alignment
- Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager to ensure product experiences align with positioning, messaging and go-to-market priorities.
- Support the design of landing pages, feature pages, campaign-linked journeys, demo flows and product visuals.
- Help ensure digital experiences clearly communicate value propositions, benefits and next steps for target users.
- Contribute to digital design work that supports product launches, commercial campaigns and customer acquisition.
Collaboration & Communication
- Attend the office for both working days each week.
- Participate in product workshops, design reviews, stakeholder meetings and feedback sessions.
- Present design thinking, rationale and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with product, marketing, commercial and development teams.
- Take feedback constructively and iterate designs in line with business priorities, user needs and technical considerations.
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer or similar.
- Experience designing for PropTech, SaaS, e-commerce, marketplaces or digitally enabled service businesses.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping and responsive web design.
- Experience working closely with product teams, developers and commercial stakeholders.
- Ability to turn complex requirements into simple, clear and practical design solutions.
- Experience supporting conversion-led digital journeys, onboarding flows, landing pages or product-led experiences.
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting work to cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
- UK-based, with ability to work from the office 2 full days per week.

Desirable Experience
- Experience within property, real estate, serviced apartments, relocation, hospitality tech or PropTech.
- Experience working alongside a Product Marketing Manager or GTM team.
- Experience designing both B2B and B2C digital experiences.
- Understanding of conversion optimisation, customer acquisition journeys and marketplace dynamics.
- Experience with design systems or component libraries.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, Jira, Trello, Notion or similar.

They will be confident working across product, marketing and commercial priorities, and able to bring structure, clarity and strong design thinking to a fast-moving digital environment.
They should be collaborative, practical and delivery-focused, with the ability to work closely with internal teams and turn ideas, requirements and business goals into high-quality digital experiences.
