What will you do? Make an impact!

We are looking for a proactive and organised Production Administrator to join our team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day administrative and operational processes on site, particularly supporting waste receipt management through SAP systems.

You will work closely with site management, operational teams, and central customer services to deliver efficient processes and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with operations, compliance, sales and customer services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Carry out general administrative duties.
  • Liaise with existing clients and 3rd parties to fulfil customer requirements.
  • To carry out the administration of site SAP requirements.
  • To carry out operational, production and engineering administration needs, such as ordering of materials and maintaining the site SAP system.
  • To ensure that customers’ requirements are met by providing the pivotal link between central customer services, group transport and site operations.
  • To ensure that month-end procedures are completed accurately and on time.
  • To assist with the maintenance and control of the site management systems, to include document control, preparation of data and attending reviews where necessary.
  • To log NCRs, and to assist in their resolution, completing & filing NCR documents, liaising with relevant personnel.
  • To assist in the preparation of SHEQ data for quarterly/annual reviews.
  • To ensure that customers requirements and environment agency data requirements are met (e.g. tracking waste movements for TFS, preparing data for accurate submissions).
