Production Analyst, Production Analyst
Production Analyst Location: Craigavon Department: Operations Reporting to: Factory Manager Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 06:00–14:00
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Analyst to join our Operations team in Craigavon.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate completion of daily and weekly factory performance analysis, alongside associated cost reporting and trend analysis. Working closely with operational teams, you will provide valuable insights that support performance improvements, cost control, and informed decision-making across the site.
As part of the Pilgrim’s Europe way of working, this is an office-based role, allowing for close collaboration with operational, finance, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily and weekly factory performance reporting, including yield, waste, giveaway, and other key operational metrics.
- Produce and maintain performance graphs, dashboards, and visual management tools.
- Work closely with departmental managers to monitor and analyse overhead expenditure.
- Support investigations into production variances and costs, helping identify root causes and corrective actions.
- Assist operational teams in identifying trends and opportunities for performance improvement.
- Support the reporting and development of Operational Excellence (OPEX) dashboards.
- Support people reporting requirements to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Ensure all reporting is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and any other reasonable duties as required.

About You
We're looking for a highly analytical individual with strong attention to detail and a passion for turning data into meaningful business insights.
Essential Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to interrogate and interpret large volumes of data.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data clearly and concisely.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in data management, reporting, or statistical analysis.
- Experience developing dashboards and visual performance reporting tools.
- Manufacturing or FMCG experience.
