About Us

We are an award-winning production company and creative agency specialising in film, television and digital content. We work with major distributors and brands on social media campaigns, creative content and behind the scenes material; we also develop and create original scripted and unscripted projects for TV, film and the wider digital landscape.

We are looking for a Production & Development Coordinator to join our team on a six-month fixed-term contract. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting productions across the company.

The Role

This position combines the organisational rigour of production coordination with the curiosity and research skills associated with documentary and factual development.

Working closely with producers and senior members of the team, you will help coordinate projects from development through to delivery, supporting both the logistical and editorial aspects of production. You will be responsible for keeping projects organised and on track while also undertaking detailed research and preparing briefing materials that help shape the creative process.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive and resourceful, with a genuine interest in storytelling and a strong understanding of documentary, factual or interview-led content. They will be someone who is genuinely engaged with popular culture – whether that's film, television, fandoms, gaming, conventions, online communities or emerging cultural trends – and brings that curiosity into their work.

Key Responsibilities

Production Coordination

  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings and production timelines.
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of shoots.
  • Prepare and distribute production paperwork, schedules, call sheets and briefing documents.
  • Coordinate contributor, crew and supplier bookings.
  • Organise travel, accommodation and logistics where required.
  • Track project deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain production records, contact databases and project documentation.
  • Support budget tracking and general production administration.
  • Liaise professionally with clients, contributors, talent, crew and external partners.
  • Provide day-to-day support across multiple projects at different stages of production.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
