Production Assembler Apprentice
As a Production Assembler Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience building and assembling MasterMover products to the highest quality standards. You will develop core production and technical assembly skills, learning how our products are manufactured from components through to finished units ready for customer delivery.
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
Responsibilities
- Assemble MasterMover products in line with engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards
- Kit components and prepare materials for production builds
- Carry out mechanical assembly tasks using hand tools and production equipment
- Support testing, inspection, and basic functional checks of finished units
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace in line with 5S standards
- Follow health and safety procedures and support continuous improvement activities
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet build targets and quality expectations

Requirements
- GCSE in English (grade 4/C or above)
- GCSE in Maths (grade 4/C or above)
- Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.

Application Process

- Training course: Engineering fitter (level 3)
- As part of your apprenticeship, and dependent on your prior attainment and age, you may be required to complete English and maths Functional Skills, which is an integral part of your apprenticeship.
- Upon successful completion, you will be awarded additional certificates of recognition for these qualifications.
