In 2025, we expanded internationally with the opening of Maxime’s, alongside a new Birley Bakery in New York City. We are currently seeking a Kitchen Production Assistant to join our team at our state of the art; exceptionally equipped production kitchen located near Battersea. The responsibilities of our Kitchen Production Assistant are: Assist with sandwich preparation and assembly Weigh and portion ingredients accurately according to recipes. Operate equipment for pressing crackers and other baked goods. Pack and label baked products for distribution. Operate our hydroprocess cutting machine, cutting refined and high standard chocolate and pastries. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety standards. Support chefs with any additional tasks required during production

The Experience & Qualifications required of our Kitchen Production Assistant are: A proactive team player with a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Previous experience in food production or hospitality is a plus, but not essential. Working Hours: On a rota basis 5 days out of 7 Shifts from 8am-6pm /9am-7pm
