Vigilante Production Team Member
Vigilante is looking for a new member of the production team. This is a great opportunity for either someone starting out or someone who has 1-2 years of experience and is looking to continue in the production department. You would be working closely with our producers and company heads. Vigilante is an integrated production company, meaning we work across multiple disciplines, giving you access to a broad range of projects.

The studio delivers creative, high-quality content and immersive experiences for diverse clients and audiences. Team members work closely with artists, brands, and production partners to bring concepts from initial idea to final execution. The Vigilante Group values professionalism, innovation, and strong collaboration across all stages of the production process.

Responsibilities
- Supporting Producers with all pre-production tasks, including but not limited to booking crew, gear, and producing call sheets.
- Working across film, photography, and events
- Helping with the health and safety of the shoot day, ensuring any unsafe behaviour is brought to the attention of the producer and 1st AD (if not already 1st aid trained, you will be put on a course).
- Helping to organise runners on set
- Help the wrap-up of each production, including receiving and chasing invoices
- Supporting the team with financial tasks, such as raising invoices
- Attending weekly group resource meetings, as well as project kick-off and production meetings, and taking and distributing notes where necessary
- Assisting post-production producers to ensure media is brought back safely and ingested on Creep’s server.
- Front of House - Working with members of the team to make sure the kitchen looks perfect at all times.
- Helping the sales team at the bidding stage.
- When a job has been won, helping to ensure clients on set have the best experience.

The Person
- Has excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, with a desire to learn and progress
- Is very organised, resourceful and has excellent attention to detail
- Has strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Is proactive, not reactive, with a willingness to get stuck in
- Has the ability to multitask and prioritise own workload, as well as work as part of a team
- Has a passion for the production industry and wants to be a producer long-term
- Is positive, energetic and personable - someone colleagues and clients can rely on
- Ideally has a good working ability with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and the Gmail work suite.
We are looking to conduct interviews ASAP with the candidates who make it through being tested on a production before being offered the full term role. Any production work as part of the application process would be paid.
