About the Company

C21Media, an international publishing and events business serving the global entertainment industry, is looking for a highly organised production assistant to join its London office.


About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in the output of the company by providing exceptional administrative support to all areas of the business with a focus on production, sales and event production.

This is a broad, demanding role in a busy team for an energetic and highly organised all-rounder, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities under pressure, self-motivate and work on their own initiative, and have excellent attention to detail.


Responsibilities

Reporting to the production manager, the job includes but is not limited to:

  • Digital administration support (WordPress and Elementor) - adding metadata, uploading content, creating and checking data
  • Create simple web pages and update website as required (WordPress, HTML and CSS)
  • Chase and check online and print ads
  • Assist in maintaining accurate sales records, creating and updating sales orders in the CRM
  • Sales support and lead generation
  • Maintaining and updating the Marketplace platform
  • Liaising with clients to provide technical specifications, chase materials and address any queries
  • Create, edit and send promotional and informational mailshots
  • Review website advertising and Marketplace for quality control
  • Assist with asset creation and production (Adobe)
  • Assist with speaker, sponsor and award entrant and jury communications when required
  • Collate and update speaker and partner materials when required
  • Host and manage the door/guest lists at various types of events
  • Maintain contact, call sheets and run sheets for live events
  • On site event support when required

Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be organised, flexible, and efficient with a friendly, positive attitude
  • Have strong time management skills and be able to manage conflicting priorities
  • Be an excellent communicator in all areas, from giving regular updates to the team to dealing professionally with high profile clients and senior TV execs
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Be solution focused with a team first approach
  • Have the discipline for self-organisation without direct supervision
  • Be able to remain calm under pressure
  • Be interested in the international television, content and media industries
  • Be proactive and able to use own initiative
  • Be adaptable and willing to get involved across different areas of the business
  • Be experienced in Microsoft Office packages and inbox management
  • Adobe Suite experience desirable but not essential
  • Fluent Spanish is desirable but not essential
