SALARY BANDING

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your role will be based in our Walthamstow facility, working across all areas of production. You will become an expert in all aspects of production and act as the lead operative on shift. You will be at the heart of ensuring we produce food-safe products to plan and can track all stock from raw materials to finished goods. The role will be a mix of hands-on production, running machinery, and computer-based work logging all productions, deliveries, and dispatches. This is a fixed-term contract for an initial period of 5 months, with the possibility of extension.

Please note that the nature of this role involves working in a warehouse environment without temperature control. You will be required to stand and work on your feet for extended periods, and must be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks. Additionally, you must have an open and flexible mindset regarding your schedule and shifts, as production demands may require working outside of standard hours or on short notice.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Minor Figures are onto something here, but it’s not meant to be simple. This isn’t a role for the straight-forward. The trajectory will change often and you will be expected to help out on tasks around your role. This role will suit someone eager to learn and will give you loads of exposure across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
