Overview
The purpose of the Brand Marketing team is to generate increased brand love, awareness, and consideration in customers, encouraging existing customers to shop more with us and new customers to consider Dunelm as a shopping destination. Our brand platform, The Home of Homes, is supported by owned channels, including ATL and organic social, as well as earned media and influencer engagement, underpinned by consistent creative and tone of voice. We work closely with the Commercial teams, Digital Trading, and Digital Marketing to ensure the seamless promotion of our fantastic product offering and the work we do as a responsible retailer to support our local communities and the world in which we operate.
The Studio Production Co-Ordinator delivers best-in-class Production and Brief management within the business, ensuring all Content and PDP shoots run smoothly and on time.
This role is responsible for ensuring all photography briefs are received in a timely manner, checked for accuracy and completeness, and uploaded to the relevant platforms, working with multiple stakeholders to ensure communications run smoothly, and flagging to the Studio Production Manager any risks or issues. This role will support the Studio Production Manager with key administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of photographic shoots in both the studio and on location and will provide support/cover to the Samples Team, as and when required.

What you'll be doing
- Work closely with Buying to request briefs in a timely manner. Prioritise requests according to the shoot schedule.
- Schedule PDP Briefs in a timely manner, ensuring queries are raised with Buyers, and any risks are fed back to the Studio Production Manager.
- Ensure PDP Briefs are in line with all current guidelines, including PDP and Collection Guidelines, and queried where appropriate.
- Where necessary, manage new brief requests, gaining quotes, and gaining cost approval to proceed—working in conjunction with the studio production manager.
- Ensure BLINK is up to date on the status of all Briefs being Scheduled or recently pushed through, prioritising any queries in a timely manner.
- Support with other relevant studio duties, including but not limited to, managing and ordering supplies, inputting expenses onto Concur, and raising PO’s.
- Provide daily updates to the Studio Production Manager on the status of briefs and feeding back any concerns.
- Update all tracker and scheduling documentation and ensure all actions have been successfully completed.
- Agree all sample requirements and deadlines with the Samples Team to ensure all samples will be available when required.
- Ensure that all shoots comply with Health & Safety requirements, and all equipment is in a good, safe, and efficient working condition.
- Book any necessary travel and hotel accommodation as and when required for shoots or other team-related needs.
- Assist with the production of Call Sheets and arranging catering/lunch orders.
- Support the Studio Production Manager with the smooth running of the studio, including ensuring the studio is tidy and fit for purpose, and being the point of contact for facilities.
