Job Title: Production Controller
Pattern: Full-Time, Onsite
Working Location: Winsford

As the Production Controller, you will lead and control the end-to-end production flow across multiple concurrent products, ensuring all work entering production is prioritized, fully enabled, and correctly resourced. Deliver predictable, efficient output across the value stream.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Own prioritization across all active product builds
- Balance competing demands based on delivery risk, capacity, and business priorities
- Translate long-term plans into executable production sequences
- Align labor capacity (mechanical vs electrical) with demand
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans
- Define and enforce “ready to build” criteria
- Prevent incomplete or unverified processes from going through production
- Drive improvements in work order quality, sequencing, and material readiness
- Coordinate allocation of electricians and mechanical fitters across all products
- Minimize downtime and bottlenecks
- Work closely with Shift Leaders to ensure plan vs. execution
- Lead and align Production Planning / Stores Kitting / Manufacturing Engineering
- Ensure seamless flow from material availability through to build execution
- Own and improve key metrics: On Time delivery / Schedule Adherence / Labour Utilization
- Drive standardization and process discipline across all product lines
- Provide clear, data-driven updates to Production Leaders and Senior Leadership

Position Qualifications:
- Proven experience in complex manufacturing environments (multi-product, long lead times)
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional delivery, not just a single team
- Microsoft Office Expert
- Track record of improving production flow, planning, or operational efficiency
- ERP systems (SAP S4HANA or equivalent)
Preferred Requirements:
- MRP integrated systems (Siemens OpCenter)
- PowerBi
