Red Bull Advanced Technologies have an exciting opportunity to be a part of our Production Management Group. From cycles to hypercars and everything in between, with Red Bull Advanced Technologies the possibilities are limitless. Based at our Milton Keynes campus, you will be responsible for managing the daily requirements of the RBAT Operations areas (including Composite Manufacturing, Assembly Group & Electrical), ensuring the department’s workload is planned for the following day/shift, providing a clear, unambiguous, and achievable production plan for each required item/assembly, whilst understanding and controlling their capacity.
Essential criteria required for our Production Controller Role:
Manage the daily production schedule for a specific Operations, ensuring all jobs are planned, scheduled, kitted, and achievable. Ensure all material is available to complete jobs for the given schedule and confirm if required through liaison with buyers/manufacturing group leaders. Work closely with the RBAT Operations Group Leaders throughout the shift to understand and manage workload and deliverables with their resource/capacity and ensure the manufacturing business system (ERP system) is kept live and accurate. Assist in the administration of RBAT Operations Group workflow, engineering job resource (routings) with authentic operational timings, relevant to drawing revision. Liaise with the Operations Groups & fellow Production Controllers when department capacity is reached to reschedule/outsource tasks avoiding any delay to the delivery schedule. Maintain data integrity and content accuracy within the parts control systems and group warehouse locations.

Demonstrate a high level of Planning competence and experience having managed complex assemblies and precision manufacturing, in an engineering environment. The ability to interpret technical drawings and understand manufacturing/assembly process steps are equally important. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience of using ERP business systems.
