Your Role in the JoJo Story…
Department: Creative Services
Reports to: Photography Producer
Locations: London, Hybrid
They say never work with children and animals. We do both, every week. One week you're dressing a golden retriever in a crown, the next you're faking a snowstorm on location in London in the middle of August, and the next you're wrangling toddlers as they splash through streams, all in the name of getting the shot. If that sounds like your idea of a good week at work, keep reading.
Role Overview
As Production Coordinator, you'll support in bringing our lifestyle and still life shoots to life - delivering high-quality creative assets while taking ownership of key elements across planning, shoot execution, and delivery. Experience supporting location or lifestyle shoots is essential, and this is a high energy role suited to someone who enjoys working at pace and hitting deadlines. Every shoot features children, so you'll need to enjoy working with them, alongside patience and warmth.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with our Photography Producer, you'll help manage end-to-end shoot logistics, including casting, and keeping productions running efficiently. You'll play an active role in coordinating talent, locations, samples, and resources, proactively spotting solutions and driving progress across multiple projects at once. You'll bring resourcefulness and a genuine enjoyment of evolving new creative ideas to everything you do.

Studio & Shoot Production
- Build and manage shoot schedules, call sheets, and shoot lists with autonomy.
- Oversee studio and location logistics, making sure spaces, props, and equipment are shoot-ready, whether that's a fake snow machine or a very patient golden retriever.
- Manage props and sample storage, keeping everything organised and efficient across the production workflow.
- Coordinate transport of samples and props between locations.
- Support wardrobe and prop styling prep, and on-set where required.
- Take an active role in end-to-end shoot production, from pre-production through to delivery.
- Carry out location research and attend location recces.
- Take ownership of smaller shoots or elements of larger productions where appropriate.
- Ensure shoots run smoothly on set, proactively troubleshooting issues and keeping timelines on track, even when the weather (or the toddlers, or the dog) has other ideas.
- Uphold Health & Safety standards across all shoots.
- Act as a brand ambassador on set, maintaining a collaborative and inclusive environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
