The Rolex SailGP Championship is the most thrilling racing on water, featuring adrenaline-fueled battles between national teams in high-tech F50 catamarans at iconic stadium destinations worldwide. Summary

SailGP is seeking a Production Coordinator to join the in-house content team at our London-based office (Kensington). This role involves collaborating with the Production Management team to provide essential production, logistical, and administrative support for the Live broadcast of SailGP events.

  • Assisting with organising shoots & international Outside Broadcasts (OBs) for remote production.
  • Managing international & UK travel arrangements for production crew, including flights, hotel bookings, and staff logistical support.
  • Handling travel coordination for Senior Leadership Team (SLT) members.
  • Supporting onsite logistics & catering during event weeks, including pre-event planning.
  • Liaising with freelance crew and external suppliers.
  • Managing uniform inventory for both onsite and remote production teams.
  • Raising purchase orders and processing supplier invoices.
  • Assisting the editorial team with post-production paperwork.

Experience Required

The ideal candidate will have direct experience in:

  • Live TV broadcast in a Production Coordinator role, with hands-on experience in onsite OB and remote gallery production.
  • Crew booking and logistical coordination for international productions.
  • Confidence in call sheet management and creating risk assessments (with oversight from the Production Team) for OBs and shoots.
  • Strong knowledge of managing small to large crews in international OBs and remote gallery productions.
  • Post-production paperwork, including music cue sheets and transcription.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing plans.

About You

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace; Concur experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
  • Previous experience in live sports production is ideal.
  • Passion for sports production and a desire to advance into a production management role.
  • Comfortable working in a remote-hybrid setup.

Important Note: This role may require international travel, weekend work, and flexible hours.


Location: SailGP Office, Kensington, London, UK Work Model: Hybrid with a minimum of 3 days in-office per week.
