Lime Signs is a creative, high-quality sign-making company providing exterior and interior signage, large-format printed graphics, vehicle wraps, office and business signs, 3D letters, banners, and flags. Based in Southampton, the company serves the South of England, London, and most of the UK, with a strong client base in Romsey, Eastleigh, and Winchester. Lime Signs specializes in office and business signage, printed window film, and wall graphics. The team is highly experienced in branding projects and works closely with clients to deliver visually impactful, tailored solutions.
Role Description
The Production Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Southampton. This role oversees day-to-day production scheduling, coordinates workflows between design, print, and installation teams, and ensures projects move efficiently from concept to completion. The Production Coordinator tracks job status, manages materials and vendor orders, and updates internal systems and documentation. Responsibilities include:

- Communicating with clients and internal stakeholders about timelines and requirements
- Resolving production issues
- Supporting quality checks before signage and graphics are dispatched or installed

The role also contributes to continuous improvement of production processes and supports the team in meeting deadlines and service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with internal teams and clients.
- Production planning and production management skills to coordinate schedules, resources, and workflows.
- Project management abilities to oversee multiple jobs, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Organization skills to maintain accurate records, manage priorities, and handle detailed production information.
- Experience in signage, print, or a related production environment is beneficial.
- Comfort with using production management software or similar digital tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Relevant vocational training or education in production, operations, or a related field is an advantage.
