Enthusiastic Production Coordinator Wanted
We are looking for an enthusiastic Production Coordinator to help with the day-to-day activities within the production team.
As well as representing artists through the gallery, our studio designs custom pieces of lighting and furniture which are made through a network of global artisans. Our design and production teams create and realize these pieces on behalf of our clients.
As the Production Coordinator, you will help the Design & Production team with the manufacture and delivery of our orders.
Your Key Duties Will Include:
- Maintain production schedules for all active projects, tracking milestones, deadlines, and delivery dates across exhibitions, fairs, and commissions.
- Schedule workshop visits, quality control checks, and final approvals to ensure production standards are met before delivery or installation.
- Coordinate shipping, storage, and installation logistics for artworks and design pieces, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth execution.
- Produce installation guides, care instructions, and technical documentation for bespoke works and artist pieces.
- Schedule and oversee product photography, ensuring completed works are documented to a high standard for sales, archive, and marketing use.
- Track project costs against approved budgets, maintaining accurate records of supplier spend, shipping costs, and fabrication expenses.
- Visit workshops to check quality control and project progress.
- Aid in the sourcing of suppliers, contractors, and materials, obtaining quotes, comparing options, and securing the most suitable production partners for each project.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
