Production and Operations Coordinator

Location: Worcestershire, onsite

Salary: Competitive + Excellent Benefits

Keep Production Moving. Keep Customers Happy. Make a Real Difference.

Are you an organised problem-solver who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-moving environment?

We’re working with an innovative UK manufacturing business that’s experiencing continued growth and is looking for a Production and Operations Coordinator to become a key member of its Operations Team.

This is far more than a traditional administration role. You’ll be the central point connecting production, suppliers, logistics, sales, and customers, ensuring products are manufactured, processed, and delivered on time while maintaining exceptional service standards.

If you thrive in a varied role where every day presents a different challenge, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

The Opportunity

As Production and Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping the business running efficiently. From coordinating production schedules and managing customer orders through to supporting continuous improvement projects and export documentation, you’ll be involved in every stage of the operational process.

You’ll join a supportive team where your ideas are welcomed, your organisation is valued, and your contribution has a genuine impact on the success of the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
