Unusual Challenges or Circumstances:
- Travel to shoot / outside broadcast location, and remote gallery incl internationally, may be necessary.
- Working a few days over the Christmas period.
- May require late start/finishes and weekend working where necessary.

Main Purpose of Job
To provide key production co-ordination and assistance to the Production Managers working across a range of productions.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- To provide key production assistance and co-ordination support in conjunction with the editorial and production management team across a range of Live OB & remote productions.
- Support the team general administrative duties.
- Manage the onboarding workflow for freelancers; vendor set up, IR35 compliance, and ensuring the individuals are paid in a timely manner.
- Creating call sheets and being point of contact for crew out of office hours.
- Manage travel and logistics arrangements for all crew.
- Assist in budget compilation, cost track and reconcile in conjunction with the Production Manager.
- Trouble shooting and dealing with ad hoc production queries/duties within the department in conjunction with the Production Manager.
- Being point of contact for internal and external clients.
- You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.
Key Results Areas
- Excellent production co-ordination and support across general productions.
- Effective production support for production management team.
- Ensuring all necessary paperwork, filming permits, contracts, insurance, risk assessments are in place for production.
- Compliance with company procedures as detailed in ETP’s Production Guide.
Person Specification
Knowledge and Experience
- Previous experience as an established Production Assistant or Coordinator.
- Experience of cost tracking and producing small production budgets.
- Experience in creating call sheets.
- Experience of dealing with Health and safety paperwork, and risk assessments.
- Experience in customer service or client facing role.
- Previous experience at Production Coordinator level.
- Experience in obtaining carnets and visas.

Skills and Abilities
- Previous experience of working to deadlines – works well under pressure, managing and prioritizing workload effectively; Microsoft Word, Excel, Esker, SAP, Fieldglass or similar finance systems.
- Good organization and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to adapt to various ways of working and working across multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications and Training
- Educated to A level equivalent; Health & Safety trained.
- First Aid trained.
- Full clean driving license.
Aptitudes
- Excellent time management - reliable and punctual.
- Works effectively as part of a team and independently (without close supervision) – showing initiative.
- Positive, professional and keen approach to work, demonstrates a drive to progress in Production Management.
