Rockstar Games is on the lookout for a talented Production Coordinator with an affinity for communication and organization, who can lead execution on cross-functional initiatives to become a key member of our Game Security team.
This is a full-time, permanent and in-office position based in Rockstar’s state-of-the-art game development studio in Edinburgh, Scotland.
What We Do
The Game Security team is responsible for protecting our players, our games, and intellectual property from malicious actors. We work across multiple disciplines to detect, deter, and disrupt threats impacting the player experience. We work closely with other teams to enforce, support, and improve security solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of cross-functional Game Security initiatives.
- Coordinate priorities, dependencies, and delivery across multiple teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and delivery planning.
- Manage project plans, risks, blockers, and milestones.
- Balance strategic initiatives alongside operational priorities.
- Drive clear communication and reporting to stakeholders.
- Champion Agile practices and continuous improvement.
- Improve delivery processes, collaboration, and team effectiveness.
- Support planning, forecasting, and execution across the Game Security portfolio.

Requirements
- 3+ years in project management or experience coordinating team members across different disciplines.
- Experience delivering complex technical or operational projects.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments, using Agile project management tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com).
- Strong Agile leadership and facilitation skills.
- Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
PLUSES
Please note that these are desirable skills and are not required to apply for the position.
- Agile certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
- Experience in Game Security, cybersecurity, fraud, or Trust & Safety.
- Experience with live service or online games.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
- Familiarity with Lean, DevOps, and delivery metrics.
