Founded in 2012, LADbible Group is redefining entertainment and news for a social generation. Our global community engages with our content–spanning editorial, video, documentary and live – we reach 1 billion people each and every month. Our mission is to give the youth generation a voice by building communities that laugh, think and act. Using all major platforms, we’ve rapidly risen to become one of the world's largest publishers.

About The Role

Want to join the UK’s most exciting production studio? LADstudios Originals team are the proud winners of two Broadcast Digital Awards, including Best Online Channel. In this role, you will join the talented team behind hit shows like Snack Wars, Agree to Disagree, Honesty Box, and Minutes With. We’re looking for an experienced Production Coordinator with shoot experience to play a key role in delivering the social formats LADbible is known and loved for. You’ll bring confidence and experience to every shoot, keeping productions running smoothly and every project on track from start to finish.

What The Opportunity Looks Like

  • Coordinate all aspects of production - pre-production, running shoots and project delivery.
  • Take ownership of our regular shoots, ensuring everything goes to plan on shoot days and solving issues as they arise (there will be a requirement for some UK and European travel).
  • Support Creative Producers with planning, scheduling and day-to-day project management.
  • Book crew, studios, travel and source props across multiple productions.
  • Create and manage call sheets, production schedules and shoot logistics.
  • Ensure productions stay on schedule and within budget, flagging any risks early.
  • Source quotes and process production paperwork and invoices.
  • Manage production equipment, kit bookings and shoot resources where required.
  • Ensure all health and safety requirements, risk assessments and production compliance are in place.
  • Organise production documentation, releases and post-shoot paperwork.
  • Coordinate the delivery of assets to post-production teams and support the handover process.
  • Keep production trackers and project management tools up to date.
  • Build strong relationships with trusted freelancers, suppliers and production partners.
  • Look for ways to improve production processes and help the team work more efficiently.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
