About the Role

Ignite are thrilled to partner with one of the fastest-scaling D2C brands in the UK’s Health & Wellness space. Already a market leader, this brand has scaled from Ā£0m to Ā£20m+ revenue since launching in 2024. They now seek a Production & Creator Manager to takes full ownership of performance creative production, from planning shoots to managing creators, locations, and production teams—ensuring a continuous pipeline of high-performing social and ad content.

This role is for someone who lives and breathes social and ad content—driving creative innovation and data-driven optimisation to fuel growth.


Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Creative Leadership
    • Own and optimise the creative testing engine, delivering fresh, high-performing paid social creatives at scale.
    • Lead all content production, including organising shoots, managing budgets, sourcing creators, videographers, and locations—from concept to execution.

  • UGC & Creator Ecosystem

    • Develop and manage a network of UGC creators, providing clear creative direction while fostering authentic, native content.
    • Attend key shoot days to capture diverse angles, hooks, and assets for ongoing A/B testing.
  • Creative Innovation & Testing

    • Develop new creative concepts insights-driven—leveraging customer data, competitor trends, and emerging social platforms (TikTok, Reels).
    • Repurpose winning creatives into multiple variations to maximise ROI across campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Refinement

    • Use performance metrics to continuously refine creative—identifying what converts, adjusting strategies, and driving iterative wins.

Requirements

Must have: āœ… 1+ years’ experience producing content or managing UGC creators (in-house or agency-backed). āœ… Proven track record in planning shoots, sourcing creators/videographers/locations, and managing full production cycles (budgets, timelines, logistics). āœ… Deep understanding of performance creative—knowledge of hooks, retention strategies, and paid social conversion drivers. āœ… Native expertise in TikTok and Instagram Reels, with a passion for high-impact, native content.
