Production & Deliveries Administrator

Production & Deliveries Administrator – Joinery Manufacturer (Co. Tyrone)

Our client, a joinery manufacturer based in Co. Tyrone, is seeking a Production & Deliveries Administrator to coordinate and manage key administrative tasks that support their production and logistics operations.

About the Role

You will work closely with the Operations Manager to:

  • Ensure orders are scheduled correctly and documentation is accurate
  • Keep logistical systems running smoothly
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout deliveries

Responsibilities

  • Generate and organise dispatch documentation:
    • Packing lists
    • Delivery notes
    • Shipping labels
  • Arrange transportation by:
    • Co-ordinating with in-house drivers
    • Collaborating with third-party couriers
    • Ensuring on-time deliveries against timelines
  • Communicate with:
    • Production supervisors
    • Team leads to track progress and manage workload priorities
  • Provide delivery status updates and schedules to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of:
    • Finished jobs
    • Completed deliveries
  • Input and update data related to:
    • Production performance metrics
    • Delivery tracking systems
  • Handle and resolve:
    • Delivery-related issues
    • Customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Offer general administrative support to production and logistics teams as required

Requirements

  • Proven administrative experience in a production, manufacturing, or logistics environment
  • Experience with delivery scheduling or production planning systems would be advantageous
