About the Role
The Production Delivery Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of production outputs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Process design releases into manufacturing to meet build and development targets
- Maintain stock levels and schedule re-orders of existing parts, coordinating manufacturing schedules to ensure all project targets are achieved
- Ensure on-time delivery of parts across designated engineering sections, handling engineering changes and managing Bills of Materials (BoMs)
- Report production progress and issues proactively to stakeholders
- Identify and report deviations from project plans, manage risks, and set realistic expectations
- Develop a thorough understanding of and contribute to the ongoing development of the company’s ERP system

Responsibilities
- Manage parts delivery and manufacturing schedules to meet trackside deadlines
- Oversee production flow across all engineering disciplines to ensure seamless execution
- Collaborate with schedule planners, suppliers, and engineers to align production with project milestones
- Monitor ERP system effectiveness and recommend improvements for efficiency
- Support sustainability and environmental initiatives within production processes
- Mentor team members and foster a high-performance culture
Requirements
Essential:
- Strong understanding of basic engineering principles, with knowledge of machining and composite manufacturing processes
- Deep familiarity with engineering drawings and specifications
- Prior experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Competency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Ideal experience working in high-performance teams, such as motorsport or aerospace
- Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BoM) management
Desirable:
- Track record in motorsport, aerospace, or automotive manufacturing
- Experience working within agile manufacturing or high-cadence production environments
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
