Production Engineer

Maintenance Technician

Rotational shift days

Environmental Conditions

Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safety Standards in the Cleanroom:

  • No hair products allowed
  • No jewelry permitted
  • No makeup allowed
  • No nail polish or exposed piercings
  • No perfume or facial hair allowed

Position Summary

Based at our Horsham site, this role supports production and other business areas (such as Warehouse) with:

  • Equipment maintenance and breakdowns
  • Minimizing down time while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Engineering Practice (GEP)
  • Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Being accountable for personal actions and deliverables

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow planned maintenance schedules in compliance with equipment and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and address preventative maintenance needs
  • Engage in training and personal/professional development to meet business demands

Responsibilities

- Technical Maintenance & Compliance:

  • Follow planned maintenance schedules and regulatory requirements within PPM schedules
  • Identify preventative maintenance needs and execute them
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Engineering Practice (GEP)
  • Ensure health & safety protocols are maintained

- Collaborative & Problem-Solving:

  • Discuss problems with colleagues and team leaders
  • Collaborate on course actions and ensure detailed handovers
  • Attend meetings and provide constructive input
  • Coordinate with internal customers and machine suppliers to resolve equipment issues
  • Request or initiate supplier visits as needed

- Professional Development:

  • Actively participate in training programs
  • Upskill for business growth
