What You’ll Do
As a Production Engineer, you’ll drive cross-functional excellence across infrastructure, code, and support:

- Move effortlessly between app code, infrastructure, and monitoring, choosing the optimal layer to solve problems—even in unfamiliar systems.
- Own the deploy and CI/CD pipeline to:
- Enable engineers to deliver code with speed and confidence.
- Allow non-engineers to release safely.
- Overhaul platform monitoring and alerting to:
- Reduce noise and highlight true signals.
- Ensure alerts remain trusted and actionable.
- Trace recurring manual workarounds and support load back to engineering root causes, implementing fixes that reduce reliance on CS and eradicate Intercom tickets.
- Utilise AI and automation to cut cycle time without compromising quality, safety, or trust.
- Own end-to-end outcomes, from decision to iteration:
- Surface trade-offs with clarity.
- Assign accountability.
This role requires trust—you’ll be expected to make decisions and stand behind them.
