Production Engineer (Marine / Load Sensors)
£40,000 - £45,000 + 32 Days Holiday + Progression + Training

Are you a Production Engineer with NPI experience looking to join a highly innovative, pioneering company experiencing rapid expansion as they develop cutting-edge technology?

In this role you will be responsible for managing new products from concept to completion, working closely with internal and external teams, adhering to project timelines and regulations. You will oversee the streamlining of production and manufacturing through root cause analysis and yield improvement.

The Role:
- Managing NPI manufacturing projects from concept to completion
- Ensuring projects are within budget, on time, and high quality
- Liaising with internal teams and external customers
- 8:30 - 5 Monday - Friday
