Production & Events Accountant | Live Events & Media Production | £38,000 - £45,000
6FTC (to PERM) Hybrid Immediate Start / Start at short notice
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing international live events business on an initial 6-month FTC with a strong view to becoming permanent, supporting the financial delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects for high-profile clients.
Working as part of a collaborative finance team, you'll become the financial partner to production and events teams, ensuring multiple live projects are delivered with strong financial control, accurate reporting and commercial insight. No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, stakeholder interaction and working in a fast-moving environment.
The Opportunity
- Act as the finance partner for multiple live events and production projects
- Manage project budgets, forecasts and financial reconciliations from start to finish
- Monitor project spend, supplier costs and profitability throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare client invoicing and support revenue and margin reporting
- Coordinate supplier payments and customer receipts across multiple projects
- Assist with cashflow planning, treasury activities and intercompany transactions
- Support continuous improvement across finance processes and internal systems
- Work closely with production, operations and finance to ensure projects are delivered successfully

About You
- Experience as a Production Accountant, Events Accountant, Project Accountant or Management Accountant
- Previous experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong budgeting, reconciliation and financial reporting skills
- Confident building relationships with production, events or operational teams
- Able to prioritise competing deadlines in a busy project-led environment
- A proactive mindset with excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Experience within live events, experiential, media, production or another project-driven business would be highly desirable
